1. Open up the base in photoshop
2. Duplichiamola and set the copy to Screen
3. Image> Adjustments> Hue and Saturation and set the Saturation to +15
4. Add a layer, fill it with color # 011C33 is set to Exclusion
5. Add a layer, fill it with color # F3AAFA is set to Soft Light
6. Duplicate the base layer and move the copy on top of other layers. Set to Soft Light
7. Add a layer, fill it with color # 76D5F8 is set to Color Burn
8. Duplicate the base layer again and move the copy on top of other levels. We set to Screen
9. Add a layer, fill it with color # FEE7AE is set to Darken, Opacity 47%
10. We combine all levels and then go to Filter> Sharpen> Sharpen
11. If the effect is too much contrast, let's go to Edit> Fade and contrasts favorited
