1. Clipped our image to 100x100 px
2. Image> Adjustments> Hue and Saturation. Saturation: 40%
3. Duplicate your base image, we set to Screen with opacity of 50%
4. Add a new layer, fill it with color # 98e2dc and set to Soft Light
5. Add a new layer, fill it with color # 85bece is set to Color Burn
6. Duplicate the base layer and move the copy on top of other layers. Set to Soft Light 50% opacity
7. Add a new layer, fill it with color # 001640 and set to Exclusion, 50% opacity
8. Insert and save a small text
