1. Open up the base in photoshop
2. Add a layer, fill it with color # feefd2 is set to soft light
3. Add a layer, fill it with color # a64a07 is set to Color Burn, Opacity 20%
4. Add the word "Dreaming" with the Courier New font, size 11pt, white
5. Under the written add a decoration with small brush
6. The same source added four X over the text
7. Add other decorations as desired and a white border of a pixel
