1. Open up the base in photoshop
2. Duplichiamola and set the copy to Screen
3. Add a level, fill it with color # 0B1B37 is set to Exclusion
4. Select> All. Edit> Copy Merged. Edit> Paste. We achieved a new level that is a duplicate of the image created so far. Set to Soft Light
5. Add a layer, fill it with color # A5D3ED is set to Soft Light
6. Add a layer, fill it with color # A5D3ED is set to Color Burn
7. Duplicate the base layer and move the copy on top of other layers. Set to Soft Light and duplichiamolo
8. Add a layer, fill it with color # 2C5FBC is set to Color Burn
9. Now choose the Selection tool 15px rectangular gradient and select the bottom of the canvas
10. Enter two times the Delete key on your keyboard and save
