1. Open up the base in photoshop
2. Duplichiamola and set the copy to Screen, Opacity 70%
3. Add a layer, fill it with color # 114168 and set to Exclusion, 70% opacity
4. Add a layer, fill it with color # 8BBEE1 is set to Soft Light
5. Typed on the keyboard Ctrl + Shift + Alt + E -> A copy of the image will be inserted as a new layer. Set to Color Burn and save
