1. We open our image with photoshop and draw a rectangular selection that includes part of the face as shown
2. Edit> Copy - Edit> Paste. Move anywhere you like
3. Eliminate the base layer and instead add a layer white
4. Draw a small rectangle around the result at the level two
5. Add a new level. Edit> Stroke set up this way
6. Delete some parts of the board so that they remain only the corners
7. Decorate the base layer with brushes that prefer
