implementing the tutorial was used Photoshop CS3 Extended

1. Cropping / resize our image so that it is in size 100x100px
2. Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Curves. We create two points by clicking in the diagram

For the first point -> Input: 71 - Output: 86
For the second point -> Input: 94 - Output: 119

3. Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Gradient Map. Create a gradient from black to white and give the ok. We set the level to Soft Light
4. Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Selective Color
(the values depend on the image you're using)

Rossi: -27, 16, 16, 38
Yellows: -55, -62, -66, 59
Bianchi: 100, -100, -100, 80
Neutral: 0, 0, 17, 0
